Our Story
Tamara Zander has lived in Daybreak since 2004, back before most of the villages you see today were built. She's spent 19 years helping families buy and sell property throughout Utah, and she's also a South Jordan City Council member and small business owner, which means she's invested in this community well beyond real estate.
Her husband Corey is our broker. Together they lead the Zander Real Estate Team out of our office at SoDa Row, 4709 W Daybreak Pkwy, right in the middle of the community we specialize in.
We're not a national brand parachuting in. Daybreak, South Jordan is our home base, and has been for two decades. From there, we serve buyers and sellers across Salt Lake County and Utah County who want that same kind of local, connected guidance: Daybreak communities, open houses, property tours, market reports, and what it's actually like to live here.
Part of why we love representing this community: Daybreak was designed for the front porch to matter again, close enough to the sidewalk that a walk to the mailbox turns into a conversation with a neighbor. Smaller yards, bigger shared parks and trails, an HOA that exists to keep that lifestyle running rather than just collect a fee. That's the same philosophy we bring to real estate.
